Keeping with his annual tradition since Obama entered the White House, Souza's selection offers a personal, behind-the-scenes glimpse at the president.
While some of the 72 photos document historic events, others reveal Obama's playful side, whether he's crawling on the ground, playing with a baby, or dancing with his personal aide to practice for her upcoming wedding.
