WNU Editor: President's always take the claim when there is a victory or a success .... especially on the battlefield. President Obama took credit for the withdrawal of U.S. forces out of Iraq during the first term of his Presidency .... and he took credit for the take-down of Osama Bin Laden. I expect the same will be coming from President Trump .... such is the Office of the Presidency. But the big war .... the war against radical Islam that preaches violence and intolerance .... that is going to be a decades long conflict. And when that war is finally over .... it will probably end with a whimper that will only be noticed by a few. And will a future U.S. President take credit for that .... I would not bet against it.
