The Wisconsin DNR often attributes its reduced pollution inspections and enforcement actions to too few dollars and staff.

But the agency has enough people and money to spin out and post a You Tube production starring right-wing, gun-totin' Gov. Scott Walker and his hand-picked "chamber of commerce mentality" Secretary and wetland-killer Cathy Stepp
