WI could have told Kenosha earlier that the air is bad

The Wisconsin DNR just issued what it calls an air pollution "advisory" for Kenosha County, but as I have pointed out and will do until they repossess my laptop - - the agency under Scott Walker's 'chamber of commerce mentality' ended early warnings about unhealthy air conditions as they were building up and only now issue the advisories after it's too late for effected groups and individuals - - people with asthma, seniors, small children, anyone who doesn't like to inhale air pollution - - to have taken precautionary measures.
