The alleged 'Muslim migrant' is not a Muslim and not a migrant.
The
Public Prosecution Service of North Netherlands (their prosecutor's office), explained on Twitter that the video in question does not, in fact, depict a "Muslim migrant" attacking a Dutch boy.
