He has a new album coming out this year, and that's always a good thing. With Ali Farka Toure gone, Traore is the remaining giant of Malian guitar. Well, there's Ali's kid, Vieux, Habib Koite, Djelimady Tounkara (how could I forget him?!) and there's... OK, never mind. I can make a long list of awesome Malian guitarists. Norway sucks.
