The plan to help the Republicans win the Mid-term elections could involve:
1. A pre-emptive strike on North Korea.

On May 17, 2017, Rod Rosenstein, Deputy Attorney General, appointed Robert Mueller as the special counsel to investigate "any links between the Russian government and Donald Trump".[39]
"Mueller was a partner at the law firm WilmerHale, which represents Trump associates including Ivanka trump, Jared Kushner, and former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort."

3. Rigging the elections: using gerrymandering, voter-ID laws and Dark Money
The 2016 US ELECTION was rigged against the DEMOCRATS .
