Al Arabiya: Arab Coalition launches military operations towards Yemen’s Hodeidah
An Arab Coalition commander in Yemen announced on Monday the launch of “large-scale military operations” towards the city of Hodeidah.
In a statement to the UAE’s official news agency WAM, Brigadier Abdul Salaam Al Shehi said the move was “building on the military momentum and advance achieved west of Taiz Governorate.”
He said the forces are preparing to carry out “surprise, qualitative operations against the Houthi militia.”
He added: “All Yemeni national resistance are participating in the operations along the effective participation from the Sudanese forces with high morale and complete harmony and coordination, and with the land, sea and air support from the UAE Armed Forces operating within the Saudi-led Arab Coalition.'
