State park land - or a 30,000 sq. ft. developer's storage building site?

Last week I wrote about the public land in Kohler Andrae State Park which the DNR and Natural Resources Board have agreed to sign over to let a private developer complete a golf course complex.

Here's a photo of the actual site taken recently by former park superintendent Jim Buchholz - - background, here - - within the park where he says the developer's 30,000-sq.-ft., vehicle storage and equipment building would be located. Does this land look expendable inside a state park to you?
