Tuesday music: If you only listen to American music, you just suck

I really should put up something Iranian, but I don't know enough about Iranian music, and I put up Ostad Elahi too recently.  I need to rectify this lack of knowledge on my part, but for now, I suck.  Eh.

How about something Armenian?  Here's John Bilezikjian.  Great oud player, about whom I learned from his work with mandolinist, Radim Zenkl.
