Apologies for the blogging hiatus

Sorry for the blogging hiatus.  I was at the American Political Science Association annual conference in Boston (I don't like advertising that I am out of town), and stuck in a hotel with internet access out of the dark ages.  (That means a lot coming from me, since I'm a Luddite).  Fortunately, the book I brought was good.  C.S. Friedman's Crown of Shadows, which is the third book in the "Coldfire Trilogy."

If you are visiting Boston, do not stay at the Boston Common Hotel & Conference Center.  Do, however, catch a bite to eat at Bistro du Midi.  The octopus there was amazing.  Regular posts return in 3... 2... 1...
