1. There is more here than I ever thought we'd see. I was wrong on that, and I admit when I'm wrong.
2. The substance is, essentially, that there is evidence of wrongdoing, but not enough to meet the high bar for conviction under the federal laws for criminal conspiracy, which is pretty much what I said.
What's new, and interesting, is mostly Mueller's reasoning for the charges he didn't bring. Why didn't he think that the bar was met for criminal conspiracy? Why was he uncertain about the case for obstruction? There were some fun, new tidbits that we hadn't heard before, like Trump saying, "I'm fucked," when he heard about Mueller's appointment, but the real reason that Barr didn't stop more from coming out was... most of what's there that's damning was already out.
And we were going to find out Mueller's reasoning anyway. So, Barr tried to put his own spin on it, but one way or another, what was interesting and would inevitably come out was Mueller's reasoning.
So, this weekend, I'll address Mueller's reasoning. That's really mainly that's new in the report anyway.
