As I watch the Mueller hearings-- A Republican Congressman unintentionally reveals a lot

Quick comment.  Rep. John Ratcliffe accidentally gave up the game with a great question.  Normally, when a prosecutor doesn't bring charges, that is effectively an exoneration because of the presumption of innocence.  However, one of the most commonly quoted pieces of the Mueller report is the line about Mueller's inability to exonerate Trump.  Isn't that... weird?  Ratcliffe poses this as an indictment, so to speak, of Mueller's integrity, but it was because Mueller couldn't indict a sitting president under DoJ's guidelines.  Translation:  were it not for those guidelines, Trump would have been indicted, under Mueller's opinion, but he couldn't say that because of those very guidelines.

Ratcliffe's question actually gave that away, unintentionally.  Funny!
