Miles Taylor Blasted By The Media After Revealing That He Is Washington's 'Anonymous'

Daily Mail: 'You lied to us': Chris Cuomo slams Miles Taylor for denying on CNN that he was 'Anonymous' author - as the now unmasked whistleblower says Trump wanted to 'gas, electrify and shoot migrants at the border' 

 * Former Department of Homeland Security chief of staff Miles Taylor revealed that Trump once said he wanted migrants to be ‘gassed, electrified and shot’ 
 * Taylor made the claim during an interview with Chris Cuomo on CNN Wednesday night, hours after he revealed himself to the author, 'Anonymous' 
 * Taylor was criticized throughout Wednesday for his apparent part played in allowing the Trump’s border separation policy to be implemented 
 * When asked by how he allowed such a policy to be enacted, he denied supporting it, saying he 'fought' his 'a**' off to push back against the president 
 * Taylor also warned against what he said would prove to be a ‘catastrophic’ four years if Trump wins a second White House term next week 
 * He said he fears the president will feel completely emboldened to pursue ‘Nazi-like immigration policies’, and bring back border separation 
 * Cuomo put Taylor on blast for lying to fellow co-host Anderson Cooper mere weeks ago, when he denied he was Anonymous 
 * Cuomo asked why the public should believe him when he blatantly lied before, and also why should CNN keep him ‘on the payroll' as a contributor
 * 'You lied to us,' Cuomo said, in reference to Cooper's August interview 

Chris Cuomo on Wednesday night blasted newly-revealed 'Anonymous' author Miles Taylor for lying about his true identity during an August interview with Anderson Cooper, asking the network contributor, 'Why should CNN keep you on the payroll?' 

The tense exchange came as part of Taylor's first interview since he outed himself earlier Wednesday as the unnamed author of a bombshell 2018 New York Times article that chronicled a 'resistance' within the Trump administration. 'You lied to us, Miles,' Cuomo told the former Department of Homeland Security chief of staff. 'You were asked in August if you were “anonymous” here on CNN with Anderson Cooper, and you said ‘no.’
