WNU Editor: Not surprised by the bulletproof vest. A few weeks ago on a radio show a retired Secret Service agent mentioned that deaths threats against President Trump were off the scale. This is the second time that I am seeing a picture where a U.S. President is wearing a bulletproof vest. The first time was President Reagan a few months after he was almost assassinated.
