Is The Biden Administration Taking Credit For Stuff The Previous Administration Did?

 


 * State Department spokesman, Ned Price, got into a heated exchange with an Associated Press reporter during a briefing on Monday 
 * The reporter asked if the Biden administration was taking credit for former president Donald Trump's accomplishments during a briefing on Monday 
 * Exchange was referring to US progress from European companies moving out of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline from Russia to Germany 
 * 'The companies made 'good-faith efforts to wind down activities related to Nord Stream 2,' Price said, adding that 'our actions are having a good effect'
 * AP reporter Matt Lee then challenged Price for suggesting that President Joe Biden was responsible for a policy that started under the Trump administration 

State Department spokesman, Ned Price, got into a heated exchange with an Associated Press reporter who asked if the Biden administration was taking credit for former president Donald Trump's accomplishments during a briefing on Monday. 

Price started the briefing by telling reporters that the US has seen progress from European companies moving out of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline from Russia to Germany. In a report required by Congress, the State Department named 18 mostly Western companies that would not be subject to sanctions.

WNU Editor: Once in a while a reporter does his job. Kudos to AP for forcing State Department spokesman Ned Price to acknowledge that it was the "employees of the previous administration" responsible for firms pulling out of building Russian gas pipeline into Germany and not President Biden. And President Trump's policy was working as per this "attempted bribe" from the German government .... The Germans have already clearly told the Biden administration that the Nord stream 2 pipeline will not be stopped ....
