I have seen the videos allegedly showing Ukrainian soldiers shooting and torturing Russian POWs. They are making the rounds on Russian social media with hundreds of thousands of views (if not more). Needless to say the Russian government is permitting the widespread dissemination of these videos as a warning to Russian soldiers on why they should not surrender. And while it is impossible to independently verify the content of these videos, I concur with a BBC reporter's conclusions that the Criminal Court will need to expand its investigations.

Update: This follows a recent Ukrainian TV report of a doctor ordering his staff to castrate Russian prisoners .... Ukrainian doctor tells TV interviewer he has ordered his staff to CASTRATE Russian POWs because they are 'cockroaches' (Daily Mail).
