Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an agreement to expand their economic ties during a bilateral meeting in Moscow on Tuesday.

The Russia - China alliance is going to be a strategic political/economic/and military adversary that Washington is going to have a lot of problems countering in the years to come.
